Mary Finegan is proud to serve as Oneida County Clerk and is committed to delivering efficient, transparent, and taxpayer-focused government for the residents of Oneida County. Since taking office in 2023, she has modernized county services, expanded online access to records, strengthened customer service, and managed the Clerk’s Office with fiscal responsibility. With nearly two decades of experience in local government, Mary remains focused on ensuring the Oneida County Clerk’s Office works effectively, responsibly, and with integrity for every resident.

Last Friday I went to Oneida County DMV. I have an enhanced license but I needed to renew. I went in and everything was so organized and smooth. From the first person I saw till they took my picture and my money, it only took 15 mins. I was very impressed. So much easier than I remember. Great job, OC Clerk Mary Finegan.
